Even though Christmas itself is nearly a month and a half away the Food Standards Agency, usefully, is issuing the first warnings. Read them here and don’t be sick this Christmas! The Food Standards Agency is encouraging everyone to consider hygiene as well as the menu.
Another reasonable tip from us – look at cleanliness front-of-house. Clean linen, tables and cutlery often point to a restaurant that cares about hygiene and this should, in most cases, be reflected in the back-of-house conditions. Dirt, smells and flies? Well, maybe enter at your own risk!
