The ultimate aim of training is to ensure competence! Our classroom based food safety, HACCP and auditor training courses ensure that delivery is tailored to the needs of the candidates, their company and their specific processes. Our professionally trained trainers engage with candidates within pictorial and workshop led courses, utilising and drawing on practical examples of food safety, HACCP and auditing within their workplace. This is more than a tick box exercise. Our trainers aren’t satisfied until they are confident that a culture of food safety and competence has been realised.
About Food Safety and HACCP training
MQM Consulting offers a diverse range of food safety training. We are a registered Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) training centre offering their complete suite of food safety training programmes. We have also drawn on years of experience of managing HACCP, food safety, food safety auditing and quality system auditing within all sectors of the food industry, including food manufacturing, foodservice, storage, distribution and packaging, to draw up and implement tailor made and sector specific food safety courses as a viable alternative. This is immensely useful and helps to avoid the cost associated with training which does not fulfil the specific needs of certain sector specific requirements and issues. Our trainers are professionally trained and have earned a reputation as some of the most dynamic within the industry. The training courses that we currently offer is as follows:-
