The ultimate aim of training is to ensure competence! Our classroom based food safety and HACCP training courses ensure that delivery is tailored to the needs of the candidates and their company. Our professionally trained trainers engage with candidates within pictorial and workshop led courses, utilising and drawing on practical examples of food safety within their workplace. This is more than a tick box exercise. Our trainers aren’t satisfied until they are confident that a culture of food safety and competence has been realised.

About Food Safety and HACCP training

MQM Consulting offers a diverse range of food safety training. We are a registered Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) training centre offering their complete suite of accredited food safety training programmes. We have also drawn on years of experience of managing HACCP and food safety within all food sectors to draw up and implement tailor made and sector specific food safety courses as a viable alternative. This is immensely useful and helps to avoid the cost associated with training which does not recognise certain sector specific requirements and issues. Our trainers are professionally trained and have earned a reputation as some of the most dynamic within the industry. The training courses that we can offer is as follows:-
